For Sale By Owner MLS Listing??? - mls by owner

I have a house for sale in Georgia, which is listed by the owner. To ensure the maximum I would also like to list the MLS. Once you do that? What was the result, and also where the cheapest place to buy an MLS listing is.

The MLS is for the agents and brokers only. You pay for this service and is used in the possession of agents and brokers Esate. People without permits may use this service. This is the main tool for the agents to obtain the lists. They have developed and are reserved for them. And it is free, pay all the agents for access to the MLS and for the use and lists.

There are many service organizations is limited to your home on the MLS, so that signs and forms, but I think to pay for these services in advance, if it is paid if the house is sold or not.

They should be a search for "not a flat rate MLS companies in your area. Please attend, but if an offer from the Commission, the buyers agent is not able to MLS will do you good.
